A Time When Her Life Changed. A short film by Milan Dupuy
I made this short film about my grandma, learning more about my family through my elders is important to me. So is learning about them, through their pasts and stories about the world they lived in. This is my first of many more films to come. I hope you love it grandma.
Glitch
This is a short film Milan Dupuy and Luis Gonzalez made emphasizing the frustration of a cell phone glitching, and not working to maximum efficency when you need it to. As well as the exictment of getting a new phone. Using a canon EOS T7, we shot the scences on the uptown 6 train, the Apple Store in Manhattan and in Hunter College.
East New York Farms. A Urban Garden In A Food Desert
Reporter Milan Dupuy talks to Alexx Carcaces, an East New
York Native who is the farm manager of a local Brooklyn based non-profit called East New York Farms. Alexx is a recent graduate of Farm School NYC, an urban agriculture institution that trains new experts in the fields of sustainable and urban agriculture. Alexx’s parents are immigrants from Honduras and their involvement with
food justice and farming goes deeper than helping the community, it is also a means of connecting with the land and their Indigenous ancestors.

Dollar Vans, Is It A Double Edged Sword In Our Communities?
This episode includes a series of interviews in which three reporters; Lainey, Milan, and Coco ask about the lucrative car service of Dollar Vans in Little Carribean, Brooklyn. The episode includes man on the street style interviews as well as an interview with a Dollar Van driver.
